One of our university joint appointments, Prof. Jill Trewhella, has just been appointed to the prestigious and influential position of Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research at Sydney University.
Jill joined the Bragg Institute and Sydney University in 2005, under the Australian Government's Federation Fellowship scheme. She has had a strong presence, both personally and in the form of postdocs and students using our facilities, since then.
This is expected to continue with her new role.
