We have placed an order, with HECUS in Graz, Austria, for a second small-angle x-ray scattering instrument to complement our existing pin-hole SAXS machine, and our state-of-the-art QUOKKA small-angle neutron scattering instrument.
The new machine is essentially a Kratky camera, and is intended to relieve some of the demand for the pinhole machine and to provide some alleviation for reliability problems.
