Right from the start, the travel and accommodation for most Australian and New Zealand users coming to the Bragg Institute, the OPAL Reactor and the National Deuteration Facility have been funded by the Australian Institute for Nuclear Science and Engineering.
From New Years Day 2015, however, the current arrangements will change, and ANSTO will take over direct responsibility for travel and accommodation from AINSE.
The arrangements will be very similar in spirit to the current practice, and the whole process is described on a new webpage. We trust that there will not be too many difficulties with the new arrangements, which apply to users from all AINSE member institutions: most universities in Australia and New Zealand, along with a few other research institutions.
