The tour offers a unique experience for visitors who get to see deep inside the OPAL research reactor through live CCTV. Visitors will also get a first-hand look at a vast array of some of the world’s best scientific equipment including neutron beam instruments that help scientists solve some of society’s biggest problems.
Suitable for budding scientists aged 8 to 88, the Up and Atom tour is designed to provide an understanding of the benefits of nuclear science.
