ACNS is involved in three successful ARC-Discovery grants in the current round and include:
- "Enhancing Lanthanoid Single-Molecule Magnets", for $403k led by Colette Boskovic from the University of Melbourne and includes Richard Mole as a co-investigator
- "Scaffolding layered structures to dramatically improve insertion electrodes", for $314k, led by Neeraj Sharma from the University of New South Wales and includes Max Avdeev as a co-investigator
- "Bragg-Edge Neutron Transmission Strain Tomography", for $381k led by Christopher Wensrich from the University of Newcastle and includes Vladimir Luzin as a co-investigator.
In addition, Wei-Kong Pang one of our Joint-Position post-doctoral researchers has been successful with a ARC Future Fellowship grant with the University of Wollongong "High-voltage electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries", for $652k.
