Two of ACNS's stellar early career researchers, Josie Auckett and Grace Causer have featured in the 2017 edition of Careers with Science. This magazine is targeted at Year 11/12 students and is distributed to all Australian high-schools.
Josie (left) is a postdoctoral fellow working with the Functional Materials for Energy Devices and Systems project team developing porous materials for hydrogen storage and carbon dioxide capture.
Grace (right) is a joint PhD student with the University of Wollongong and ANSTO examining new materials that are made in the lab and could be used in next-generation electronics to make computers faster.
