ANSTO Minerals presented two papers at the ALTA Nickel-Cobalt-Copper, Uranium-REE and Gold-PM Conference and Exhibition held in Perth, Western Australia on 21 -28 May 2016.
ALTA 2016 is the 21st year of one of the world’s premier annual metallurgical events, typically attracting 200-300 attendees from 20+ countries. The conference is an annual gathering of the global Nickel, Cobalt, Copper, Uranium-REE and Gold-PM industries and features highly-focused programs, topical forums, panel discussions and presentations by key international speakers.
ANSTO Minerals Technology Manager, Dr Karin Soldenhoff, presented on the “Application of Mixed Phosphonic/Phosphinic Reagents for Separation of Rare Earths”.
ANSTO Minerals Pilot Plant Manager, Adrian Manis, presented the latest developments on “Applications of Nanofiltration in Hydrometallurgy”.
