Federal Government helping to finance the development of Lithium Australia’s processing technology

Lithium Australia NL has received an additional grant, securing a second Innovations Connections Grant from the Federal Government to support the commercialisation of its Sileach™ lithium extraction process.

The $50,000 grant will assist with laboratory scale optimisation being carried out by ANSTO Minerals. The Sileach™ process is designed to recover lithium from silicates without the expensive roasting step.
