Dr Amparo Lopez Rubio joined us today from the Polytechnic University of Valencia

Dr Amparo Lopez Rubio joined us today from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), where she used synchrotron radiation and other techniques to study food preservation and high gas-barrier packaging materials.

 

Amparo joins our Food Science project, which is collaborative with CSIRO, Food Sciences Australia and University of Queensland. Our portion of the project is led by DrElliot Gilbert.
