During the last week, the first peer-reviewed user experiments have been performed on our new KOOKABURRA Ultra-Small-Angle Neutron Scattering instrument, by a team from Monash University, University of Technology Sydney and ANSTO. The subject of the work is "Water in Opals".
This first USANS experiment follows the award of KOOKABURRA's operating licence, by ARPANSA, on 6 June 2014.
