BILBY receives its operating licence

Today, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency has given approval for us to commence user operations on the new BILBY time-of-flight small-angle neutron scattering instrument. User experiments approved following the last Program Advisory Committee meeting, 2 weeks ago in November 2015 can now be scheduled. This brings the number of operating neutron beam instruments at OPAL up to twelve.
